Lakers Fall to Denver in Four Games

The Denver Nuggets have advanced to the second round of the Western Conference playoffs after defeating the Los Angeles Lakers 113-111 in Game 4 on Sunday night. The Nuggets won the series 4-0.
Nikola Jokic led the Nuggets with 31 points, 13 rebounds, and 6 assists. Jamal Murray added 22 points and 7 assists, and Aaron Gordon had 19 points and 11 rebounds. Anthony Davis led the Lakers with 27 points and 9 rebounds, while LeBron James had 25 points, 10 rebounds, and 8 assists.
The Nuggets trailed by 15 points at halftime, but they rallied in the second half to take the lead. They outscored the Lakers 37-21 in the third quarter and held on for the win in the fourth quarter.
The Nuggets will face the Phoenix Suns in the second round. Game 1 of that series is scheduled for Tuesday night in Phoenix.
