Early Life and College Career

Xavien Dwayne Howard was born on July 4, 1993, in Houston, Texas. He played college football at Baylor University, where he was a standout cornerback. In his junior year, he recorded eight interceptions, earning him All-American honors. He was then drafted by the Miami Dolphins in the second round of the 2016 NFL Draft.

NFL Career

Howard quickly established himself as one of the league's top cornerbacks. He made his first Pro Bowl in 2017, and has since been named to four more Pro Bowls and two All-Pro teams. In 2020, he led the NFL with 10 interceptions and was named the Dolphins' Most Valuable Player.
