Venezuelan Opposition Leader Henrique Capriles Places His Future in the Hands of Voters

Former Venezuelan presidential candidate Henrique Capriles has placed the future of his political career in the hands of voters.

Capriles' announcement comes at a time of great political uncertainty in Venezuela. The country has been struggling with an economic crisis for years, and the Maduro government has been accused of corruption and human rights abuses.
Capriles' candidacy is likely to face stiff competition from Maduro, who is expected to run for re-election. However, Capriles has a strong base of support among Venezuelans who are dissatisfied with the current government.
