Welcome to another season of the EFL Championship where your hoddler-in-chief dutifully makes his yearly predictions.
The 2022-23 season is set to be another exciting one, with a number of teams vying for promotion to the Premier League.
Here are my predictions for the top six:
- Burnley
- Watford
- Norwich City
- Sheffield United
- Middlesbrough
- West Bromwich Albion
Burnley are my favorites to win the league. They have a strong squad and a proven manager in Vincent Kompany. Watford and Norwich City are also strong contenders, and I expect them to be in the mix for automatic promotion.
Sheffield United, Middlesbrough, and West Bromwich Albion are all capable of making the playoffs. They all have experienced managers and talented squads.
I am excited to see how the season unfolds. The EFL Championship is always full of surprises, and I am sure that this season will be no different.
